Penelope has been asking to paint for a week. Our house has been a big [HUGE] mess and I didn’t want to add to it. Friday I finally hunkered down and cleaned this place. So we celebrated by painting in undies!
They had endless space and somehow made less mess than usual. The weather was fairly cool and that always deserves as much time outside as possible.

Penelope gave Amelia a demonstration on how to properly clean her paint brush.
Cleaning brushes trumped actual painting the rest of the evening.
After everyone was cleaned up, we painted our nails. They would’ve painted the whole house had I sent out a, “Have at it!” One of these days I just might. They do good work. :)
